A source close to the family told *The Sun* that the home and its renovations represent a “fresh start” for the couple, especially after a tumultuous year. In 2023, Holly made the difficult decision to resign from her long-standing role as co-host of *This Morning*, a position she had held for 14 years alongside Phillip Schofield.
