Martha Stewart, the renowned media mogul and lifestyle expert, 

has recently expanded her family in a heartwarming way by adopting a rescue cat. 

At 83 years old, Stewart shared the joyful news on Instagram, introducing her followers to her new feline companion, Magnolia. 

The cat, a four-year-old silver-shaded Persian, is the latest addition to Stewart’s family, which already includes five dogs and various other animals. 

Stewart took to Instagram to share a picture of Magnolia and encourage her fans to consider adopting pets from rescue organizations.

In her post, Stewart explained that she adopted Magnolia through Rock N’ Rescue, a non-profit organization based in Bedford Hills, New York. 

The organization is dedicated to helping rescue and rehome animals, and Stewart has long been an advocate for pet adoption. “Meet Magnolia, a beautiful four-year-old silver shaded Persian cat and the newest member of my family,” Stewart wrote on Instagram. “I recently adopted her through @rocknrescue_ a 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in Bedford Hills, New York. Stewart also offered more insight into Magnolia’s adjustment process on her blog, where she shared that the cat was still settling into her new home. “Right now, Magnolia is still going through a transitional phase – getting to know me and all the activity around my home, but she’s doing extremely well and will be a wonderful addition to my menagerie and my family. Welcome home, Magnolia,” Stewart wrote, describing the early stages of their relationship.

In addition to Magnolia, Stewart is the proud owner of five dogs, including two Chow Chows named Empress Qin and Emperor Han, and three French Bulldogs named Crème Brûlée, Bête Noire, and Luna Moona.
