Old habits d.i.e hard. Gregg Wallace has been EXPOSED by his customers, who provided proof of him SCAMMING them on his healthy food website. What happened?

TV chef Gregg Wallace has recently addressed a wave of backlash from dissatisfied customers who criticized his health and fitness website, *GreggWallace.health*.

Complaints centered around issues with automatic subscription renewals, poor customer service, and difficulties obtaining refunds, prompting the presenter to defend his platform.

Wallace, 60, is best known for his long tenure as a co-host on *MasterChef*, a role he held for 17 years before stepping down in November 2024.

In the years following his departure, Wallace ventured into the wellness space, launching his website in 2020.

The platform gained attention after Wallace publicly shared his personal weight loss journey, during which he lost five stone without following a traditional diet.

He rebranded his website to *GreggWallace.health* and positioned it as a resource for sustainable lifestyle changes, offering a range of healthy recipes and wellness advice.

According to the website, its mission is to make wellness accessible without the usual struggle. It features over 450 nutritious recipes, insights from health professionals, and a supportive community aimed at helping members transform their lives. The site also offers various subscription options, including monthly, six-monthly, and annual plans, with a yearly subscription priced at £89.99. It promises users the ability to cancel at any time, ensuring flexibility and convenience.

However, a significant number of customers have voiced frustrations about the website’s subscription renewal system, which they claim lacks clear communication. Many have reported that the website automatically renewed their memberships without sufficient prior warning, leading to unexpected charges. Some customers further criticized the website’s customer service, stating they were unable to reach support when trying to resolve issues or request refunds.

One dissatisfied customer shared their experience on Trustpilot, stating, “I received no reply to my refund request. Customer service was terrible, and I would not recommend them.” Others echoed similar sentiments, with complaints about unauthorized renewals and ignored refund requests.

In response to these allegations, a spokesperson for *GreggWallace.health* told *Metro* that the platform’s membership renewal policy is clearly outlined, and email reminders are sent to customers before any charges are processed. The spokesperson added, “Anyone who feels they’ve been incorrectly charged should contact us, and we’ll be happy to resolve the situation.” They also emphasized that the website has helped thousands of members achieve healthier lifestyles and that the company remains committed to supporting its community.

Despite the negative feedback, some customers have expressed satisfaction with the website’s services. Positive reviews highlight the extensive recipe library, user-friendly website, and strong support from the community. One customer described the service as “first-class,” while another praised the platform for being a “life-changing plan” that helped them transition to a healthier lifestyle after struggling with fad diets.

The website also offers a ‘freemium version’ for potential subscribers to explore the platform before committing financially. The terms and conditions state that refunds are not available once users have accessed the full resources of the site, including its recipe bank and expert advice. The policy also notes that members can cancel their subscriptions at any time, but the immediate access to content means the standard cooling-off period does not apply.

Wallace’s wellness website is not the only source of controversy surrounding the chef. In November 2024, it was announced that Wallace would be stepping down from *MasterChef* amid sexual misconduct allegations involving multiple women. These accusations, which span 17 years, include claims of inappropriate jokes, physical contact, and unwelcome behavior towards women in the workplace. Wallace has strongly denied the allegations, with his representatives categorically stating that he “engages in behavior of a sexually harassing nature.”

The challenges facing Wallace’s website, combined with his recent departure from *MasterChef*, have brought significant attention to the chef’s career and public image. Despite the criticism, Wallace continues to defend his platform and its mission of promoting sustainable, healthy living.

As Wallace moves forward, it remains to be seen how his website will handle ongoing customer concerns and whether it will regain the trust of those who have been dissatisfied with its services. Meanwhile, his supporters continue to champion the positive impact the platform has had on many individuals seeking to improve their health and wellbeing.
