SHOCKING: Blake Lively hit back at Justin Baldoni, accusing him of mental h@rassment with his persistent texts and calls.

Blake Lively is intensifying her legal battle against It Ends With Us director Justin Baldoni,

filing subpoenas for his phone records in an effort to uncover what she claims is a coordinated effort to destroy her reputation.

The actress and her legal team argue that these records could provide crucial evidence exposing the individuals and tactics allegedly used against her over the past year.

Lively’s Legal Move Against Baldoni

Lively, 37, first accused Baldoni, 41, of sexual harassment and alleged retaliation in a lawsuit filed in December 2024.

In response, Baldoni filed a $400 million lawsuit against Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, publicist Leslie Sloane, and Sloane’s PR firm, alleging defamation and civil extortion.

The legal battle, now known as Lively v. Wayfarer Studios et al., is set for trial in March 2026.

On February 12, Lively’s attorneys, Mike Gottlieb and Esra Hudson, issued a statement explaining the purpose of the subpoenas. According to them, Lively is determined to uncover the full scope of what she describes as a smear campaign intended to “destroy” her reputation and family.

Targeting Phone and Internet Records

As part of the subpoenas, Lively’s legal team is seeking phone records from AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile belonging to Baldoni, publicist Jennifer Abel, and crisis management consultant Melissa Nathan. These records, they argue, could provide essential evidence about who was involved, as well as the timing and methods used in the alleged retaliation.

Lively’s spokesperson emphasized that the phone data could reveal “critical and irrefutable evidence” regarding the alleged plot. They further expanded their inquiry to include Cloudflare and AOL, requesting internet records that might help trace digital actions related to the case.

Additionally, subpoenas have been sent to crisis manager Jed Wallace, whom Lively’s December lawsuit identified as a key figure in Baldoni’s alleged effort to damage her reputation. Wallace and his company, Street Relations, Inc., have since countersued Lively for $7 million, alleging defamation.

Baldoni’s Legal Team Fires Back

Bryan Freedman, Baldoni’s attorney, dismissed the subpoenas as an excessive and unfounded legal maneuver. In a statement to PEOPLE, he acknowledged that subpoenas are a standard legal tool but argued that Lively’s requests go far beyond normal litigation practices.

“They are asking for every single call, text, data log, and even real-time location information for the past 2.5 years, regardless of the sender, recipient, or subject matter,” Freedman stated. “This massive fishing expedition demonstrates that they are desperately seeking any factual basis for their provably false claims. They will find none.”

Online Allegations and PR Battles

The legal dispute has also extended into the digital space. On February 1, Baldoni’s legal team launched a website titled Lawsuit Info, which links to the amended complaint he filed against Lively on January 16. Lively’s lawyers argue that this move is part of the broader smear campaign against her, and they intend to use the subpoenaed records to expose any behind-the-scenes coordination.

Lively’s spokesperson has also signaled an interest in investigating Wallace’s broader business practices, suggesting that his crisis management tactics could play a larger role in shaping public narratives.

A Legal Battle with High Stakes

This legal showdown between Lively and Baldoni has escalated significantly, with both sides making serious accusations. Lively’s team is focused on proving that Baldoni and his associates engaged in a deliberate effort to damage her career and reputation, while Baldoni is suing for hundreds of millions, claiming that Lively and her team engaged in defamation and civil extortion.

As the case moves toward trial in 2026, the results of these subpoenas could play a pivotal role in determining whether Lively’s allegations hold weight or if Baldoni’s countersuit gains further traction. In the meantime, both parties remain locked in a high-profile legal and public relations battle, with potential consequences that could reshape their careers.
