A Cheese-Fueled Conversation Sparks a Revelation

During the January 31 episode of Live With Kelly and Mark, the couple discussed a report that suggested eating cheese before bed could help prevent sleep apnea. 

Intrigued by the idea, Kelly jokingly proposed that they make cheese a part of their nightly routine.

Mark played along, suggesting, “We should put two little things of cheese on either side of the bed.”

But his comment immediately caught Kelly off guard, and she wasted no time calling out what she saw as a sudden change of heart.

“That’s eating in the bed,” she pointed out. “For years, one of us shamed the other one of us for eating in the bed.”

Her statement left Mark looking confused, prompting even more laughter from the audience.

‘You Called It Disgusting for 28 Years!’

Still puzzled, Mark asked Kelly when he had supposedly “shamed” her for eating in bed. Without missing a beat, she responded, “For the first 28 years of our marriage.”

Kelly didn’t deny it. She even doubled down on her original point, saying that after Mark got used to eating in bed while in Vancouver, he brought that habit home with him.

“Correct. And then you started, I believe, eating in your own bed in Vancouver, and you came home and brought that habit home with you,” she confirmed.
