After nearly three decades of marriage to actor Mark Consuelos, Kelly Ripa continues to keep a few things under wraps—specifically in the pages of her secret journals.

when Ripa humorously revealed that her journals hold nearly 30 years’ worth of hidden secrets.

The conversation took an amusing turn as Consuelos, 53, jokingly mentioned that Ripa, 54, sometimes shares too much of his personal life, including his “foibles” and “mess.” 

However, the playful banter was quickly corrected as Ripa pushed back, defending herself while adding a little humor to the situation.

The topic of over-sharing on dates came up when the couple began reflecting on how they interact with one another. Consuelos teased his wife for often spilling personal details about his life.
