Tony Vinciquerra, CEO of SONY, Faces Backlash After Blaming Others for the Failure of Kraven the Hunter and Not Addressing the Real Issue.

Sony Pictures CEO recently acknowledged that *Kraven the Hunter*, the studio’s much-anticipated Marvel project, 

has turned out to be one of its most disappointing launches within the Marvel universe. 

This admission comes amidst growing scrutiny of Sony’s handling of its Marvel properties, which exist adjacent to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). 

While many had high hopes for *Kraven the Hunter*, the film failed to deliver the box office success or critical acclaim that the studio had anticipated. 

In addressing the lackluster performance, the CEO did not shy away from discussing the factors he believes contributed to the film’s struggles, 

pointing specifically to the critical reception of another recent project, *Madame Web*.
