Good Morning Britain viewers were left unimpressed during the latest episode on Friday, 

March 7, as they took issue with the morning show’s ongoing discussion about Meghan Markle. 

The programme, hosted by Kate Garraway and Rob Rinder, covered the Duchess of Sussex’s recent appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show, 

where she promoted her new Netflix series, With Love, Meghan.

However, many viewers felt that the show had already dedicated too much airtime to Meghan throughout the week, prompting a wave of frustration on social media. 

Some accused the programme of being overly focused on the Duchess, while others pointed out that, whether intentional or not, 

Good Morning Britain was ultimately giving her Netflix series more publicity.

At the start of Friday’s episode, Garraway and Rinder introduced the latest headlines, with Meghan’s Drew Barrymore Show interview taking center stage. During her appearance on the US talk show, the Duchess spoke about her life in California with Prince Harry and their two children. She also gave Barrymore a glimpse into her new Netflix series by sharing some of the culinary tips and lifestyle insights featured in the show.
