Kyle Richards, star of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, was recently seen spending time with close friend Morgan Wade in La Quinta, California. 

The sighting comes just days after Richards stirred up controversy by calling co-star Garcelle Beauvais an “a–hole” for insinuating she might be a lesbian.

Richards and Wade were joined by fellow reality star Teddi Mellencamp during their outing on Thursday. 

The trio grabbed coffee together, with Mellencamp walking slightly ahead as Richards and Wade strolled side-by-side.

For the casual outing, Richards, 56, sported a white T-shirt paired with navy leggings and sneakers. Wade, 30, opted for a black graphic T-shirt and matching sweatpants. 

Both women kept their looks low-key with dark sunglasses and baseball caps.

Tensions Rise on “RHOBH”

The outing follows heated remarks made by Richards during the RHOBH after-show earlier this week. Addressing a comment from Beauvais during the latest episode of the Bravo series, Richards expressed frustration over what she perceived as an intentional insinuation about her sexuality.

“What was really going through my head was, ‘You’re being an a–hole right now. And don’t try to act like, ‘Oopsie daisy,’ you know exactly what you’re doing,’” Richards said.

Beauvais, however, defended her comment. She explained that her intentions were not to pressure Richards into addressing any personal revelations but rather to encourage authenticity. “I wasn’t pushing her to come out. … I’m not trying to call her out. Own it. Be authentic,” Beauvais said.

The remark in question was made during a group conversation where Richards discussed her separation from husband Mauricio Umansky. While at Chuck E. Cheese, Beauvais candidly told Richards, “Do whatever the f–k you want to do. Be whoever you want to be. If you want to be a lesbian, be a lesbian.”

Friendship or Something More?

Richards and Wade’s close friendship has been a topic of speculation since July 2023, when Richards and Umansky announced their separation after 27 years of marriage. The reality star and the country singer have frequently been spotted together, fueling rumors about the nature of their relationship.
