Peter Andre has opened up about a spine-tingling experience that left him “really freaked out” while renovating a beach resort in his native Australia. 

The Mysterious Girl singer, who is set to turn 52 next week, 

was working on transforming an unused basement space into a recording studio with his brother, Chris, when the eerie incident occurred.

In a conversation with OK! magazine, Andre recalled the unsettling moment that took place while he was renovating the resort that he once owned with his late father, Savvas. 

“I think it’s an interesting subject,” Peter said, commenting on the paranormal phenomenon. “I don’t know whether I believe or not, but I’ve had some weird experiences, 

and I can’t quite say what they were.” His mysterious encounter is one that remains difficult to explain, even years later.

The event unfolded when Peter and his brother were busy working on the property, which was in the process of being transformed into a modern recording studio. As they worked, the two heard a strange and unexplained sound coming from the basement. Initially, it seemed like something ordinary, but the reality of what was happening sent a chill down their spines.

Peter described the incident in detail: “One day, [Chris] was playing his guitar down there, and then he came upstairs to talk to me. No one was at the resort that day but us, and it was locked. All of a sudden, we heard the violin playing. We went down and saw the violin plugged in, and the guitar placed somewhere else, and no one was there. We were really freaked out.”

Despite there being no one else in the resort, the distinct sound of a violin playing seemed to come from nowhere, and both brothers were left stunned and unnerved by the inexplicable occurrence.
