Ruth Langsford, 64, brought some light-hearted humor to a recent Loose Women discussion when she reminisced about the birth of her son, 

Jack, and her co-parenting experience with her ex-husband Eamonn Holmes.

You know, when you have your eyes closed, I could hear her talking, going, ‘Keep on, another breath.’”
