Sean Hayes, known for his iconic role in *Will & Grace*, 

recently shared a funny and heartwarming story about Ariana Grande during a *SmartLess* podcast episode. 

The two co-starred in the 2016 NBC musical *Hairspray Live!*, 

and Hayes reflected on a memorable moment when the pop star invited him to a sleepover. 

While reminiscing with Grande on the podcast, Hayes revealed that, at one point, the singer had extended an invitation to him for a fun-filled evening at her house. 

He described the scene vividly, recalling that they were sitting together in the makeup trailer when Grande excitedly told him, “Hey, there’s a few of us going to my house after later on tonight, we’re going to get totally wasted and then sleep over, and in the morning my mom’s going to make us pancakes.” 

Though Hayes thought the invitation was “so sweet,” he humorously declined, responding with, “Ariana, I am 45 years old!” The age difference was a significant factor in his decision to pass on the sleepover, but he acknowledged that it was a kind gesture.
