Piers Morgan made a memorable return to *Good Morning Britain* this week, reuniting with his former co-host Susanna Reid after an absence of almost four years.

Piers responded with a thankful tone, saying, “Thank you! She (Susanna) couldn’t bring herself to say it, but thank you!”

The playful tension continued as Piers brought up the idea of reuniting with the entire *Good Morning Britain* team, joking that all that was missing was Alex Beresford, referencing the infamous on-air clash between him and the weatherman that led to Piers’ dramatic exit from the show.
